Modern apartment in central location.

We were in Punta Nera on the ground floor. The apartment is centrally located and easy to find . The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Very clean and good linen and towels provided . Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The ski room was close by and had boot warmers . The coffee pot did not work in the induction hob, we told the staff and they sourced us a coffee maker and gave us free coffee from the bar. The central location meant we were right in the middle of the new year celebrations so bring ear plugs if you’re staying at a busy time .

It feels quite new and there were a couple of niggles . Suggestions for improvement More lighting in the hallway More mirrors - there is only one in the bathroom More bedside lamps. We had 2 between us. More lighting in the hallway. Some seat pads on the metal dining chairs . More sockets in the kitchen - the single socket is offset from the unit . Somewhere to store food in the kitchen . Saying all that we had a comfortable stay.

Great apartment and lovely staff

The staff were helpful and friendly and the apartment was great. I would have given it 10/10 but it was missing a bit of hanging space and a mirror in the bedroom would have beeb nice, although I believe this is already in hand. The location was great, within the centre of town and a very short walk (although quite a steep hill) to the nearest chair lift to the slopes. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go again!

Excellent overall

Clean, comfortable, spacious apartments. Located very centrally, 5 mins walk (uphill) to Clotes lift, or hotel offers a shuttle to the Sportinia lift.

Only improvement would be more hooks in the rooms to hang clothes!

Mini bus to lift - it's not too far from the lifts but is a bit uphill, and if you have kids the minibus is very useful. Breakfast was pretty good value. Staff friendly. Comfy bed.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. There was only two of us, so it was good for us. I think it would be a bit cramped with 4 or even 6 (there was a sofa bed in the living room). 2nd bedroom also had no windows.

The apartments were very modern and clean and very spacious. the sauna and jacuzzi area were also wonderful.

Unfortunately the front rooms were quite noisy due to the bar opposite. the hotel staff were apologetic and unfortunately it’s not under their control.

On the booking.com website it states that the property has a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms which is why I booked it. On arrival at the apartment it only had one bathroom so I queried this at reception and was told that they do not have an apartment with 2 bathrooms and could not understand this. A mistake has been made by somebody but the website states 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.

Close to the skiing area, après ski fantastic, locals friendly, reasonable prices- fantastic.

The staff at the Residence were so helpful, even before arrival they arranged transfers, and suggested where to hire ski's. There was also a private transfer to local ski area.

Nothing to complain about in relation to the apartments.

Bell'appartamento in una ottima location, in centro, con parco giochi sotto casa, con un parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo. Letti comodi. Ha la spa, ma non abbiamo avuto il tempo di provarla.

Potenzialmente sarebbe da 10 se ci fosse una migliore manutenzione (la doccia non si riusciva a chiudere) e una maggiore cura (sapone vuoto, piatti e bicchieri contati, macchina del caffè senza nemmeno una cialda per il primo giorno). Ci sono stati problemi con il wifi e non è stato possibile utilizzare la smart TV.

Lo más destacado sin duda de nuestra estancia fue la amabilidad, simpatía y buen hacer de la chica de recepción des de el ckek in, acompañamiento y recomendaciones. Además habla español. Ojala todas las personas que están de cara al público fueran como ella. El apartamento era correcto, bastante nuevo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Punta Nera, spazioso e accogliente con un enorme terrazzo su cui affacciavano tutte le finestre.

L'arredamento, comunque nuovo e di ottimo gusto, era poco funzionale. Ci avrebbero fatto comodo cassetti, un armadietto per gli alimenti, quelli presenti erano tutti occupati da pentole e stoviglie

Upgrade gratuito in un posto sensazionale. Tutto rigorosamente in legno dal pavimento al cielo. Vorrei farci la casa intera nella stessa finitura. Spazi ampi e ben arredati.
