Emplacement très calme, beaux paysages. Espace sauna et bienêtre bien entretenu, agréable. Personnel serviable.

Le petit déjeuner est assez tôt. L’espace bienêtre ferme à 20h, ce qui ne permet pas de se prélasser après une longue journée de marche.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Sun Valley Hotel in Auffach. Booking.com lists it as a 3-star hotel, but honestly, it felt like a 5-star experience to us! The hotel has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The swimming pool is amazing, especially with the stunning mountain views. There’s also a gym with beautiful scenery and a relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of exploring or hiking. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! There was a great variety of food, and everything was well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the spacious bathroom, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to recommend beautiful places to visit in the area, and his local tips made our trip even more memorable. As a wonderful bonus, they even gave us a Wildschönau Premium Card, which allowed us to enjoy many attractions and activities in the area for free or at discounted prices. It added so much value to our trip and made exploring the beautiful Wildschönau region even more enjoyable. The entire hotel has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and you can really tell that the staff cares about their guests. We felt at home from the moment we arrived until we checked out. This hotel is definitely worth every euro we spent. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we would happily come back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Auffach—you won’t be disappointed!

Very clean room and staff was very nice and accommodating

Temperature was horrible we couldn't sleep week for 4 days because they have automated heating system that can't reduce the temperature therefore we were hot and sweating all nights. We even called the receptionist and they refused to give us a control over the heat and they said it's automated as they assumed all humans shall be able to sleep on that temperature Also the water gets cold after while when showering. My friend asked for get a fork and they were not happy because of that request even though was very normal to ask for a fork and they told my friend you can get fork but only this time, which is very unwelcoming and a bit rude.
