Exe Majestic

It’s was affordable, wonderful location, view of capri island, and staff and breakfast where outstanding!

Exe Majestic is in a fantastic location—you can easily walk everywhere and reach the seaside in just 5 minutes. The hotel is in a very safe and nice area compared to the rest of Naples, and you can comfortably come and go at any hour. The reception team and the entire staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. While there isn't a kettle in the room by default, they gladly bring one up if you request it from the front desk. Parking is a huge plus: there is a very secure 10-car garage right under the hotel. Alternatively, there are blue-line parking spots on the street, or the hotel can direct you to a nearby parking lot. The street can get a bit noisy at night, so keep that in mind if you are a sensitive sleeper. Overall, a great place to stay in Naples!

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, safe, and very convenient for exploring Naples. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Vittorio at reception. He was always kind, welcoming, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. He gave us very useful recommendations and directions, which helped us organize our time and enjoy the city much more. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made a real difference in our stay.

Nothing to mention. Everything met our expectations.

Good location

The hotel needs desperately a renovation! The furniture, the nance is very dated and old! Breakfast is below average, scrambled eggs were runny and uncooked everyday, there was no hot chocolate on the coffee machine even though the option was available on the screen
