This is a lovely apartment, really well equipped and very clean. Felipe the host was great, met us at the apartment and gave us lots of local information and left us a supply of drinks and snacks. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants

First the communication was 1st class.The owner of the apartment met us with the keys.Walking into the apartment I was very impressed with the furnishings ,and the size of the balcony was amazing with sun loungers a comfortable seating area and a dining table..the kitchen had everything you needed even a dishwasher ,and a washing machine in the utility room.The apartment was in a prime location 2 minutes out of the centre and right next to the bus stop(no 40 from the airport)the fare was 3 euro 20 and it took 15 minutes.
The host was a very charming man he left us drinks in the fridge and fruit and snacks..
I don't have anything to complain about the apartment was perfect!!! We will be returning.😊

Really enjoyed being in a different location after many visits to Los Cristanos. Communication with Filipe was absolutely excellent at all times. Very accomodating with our early arrival and changing dates when flights were cancelled. Generous welcome pack and plenty of restaurants very close as is the bus station. Highly recommend.

This apartment is in an excellent location short walk to supermarket,bars, restaurants and bus station.
It is furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean throughout. The balcony is huge with good quality comfortable furniture.
Felipe is a wonderful generous host,the welcome pack and other extras in the apartment dish washer tablets, toiletries,washing up liquid ,spare bin liners,tea and coffee where very much appreciated
Ten minutes walk to the harbour beach where you will find lots of good quality reasonably priced restaurants. I would recommend a whale watching trip on the Travalin Lady boat ,buy tickets from the kiosk on the harbour.
I would highly recommend this apartment,we had a wonderful holiday.
