Location, comfort, view and impecable clean. The staff at front desk, Flora and Stefano were the best. Could accommodate any request for inside or outside the property.

Our stay in Hotel Regina was one of the best and we’ve stayed in nice hotels before The location was excellent,right in the heart of Capri,very close to beautiful shops ,lovely streets.The view from the balcony was breathtaking.Our room was spacious,very clean.(Honestly the photos won’t do justice how nice the hotel is in real life) The Hotel staff super helpful,kind .Kudos to the reception staff(unfortunately I’m not good with names ) I think Gianluigi and Elettra if I remember correctly, was really helpful.The breakfast,huge selection and very delicious.The restaurant- we’ve had 2 dinners there ,very very nice pizza ,pasta .I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful hotel in Capri .

Location is very good, 6 min from the center with a luggage, breakfast is quite generous and the view from the room to Marina Piccola is anazing.
The hotel is quite old but not well maintained. Bathrooms need a big refresh, while the elevator is only for 2-3 people, no luggage. The staff overall did not seem welcoming at all, but rather tired of tourists. The terrace was not cleaned.
