Very clean and beautiful. Also great location in town. Convenient to everything
Getting the luggage there was difficult but that is true for all the hotels in Capri. Definitely should have used the hotel baggage service from the ferry dock. We used it when leaving and it was a dream. Well worth the money

Excellent location in central of Capri. Accessible to shopping street on the left of hotel, and start of Via Krupp on the right. Room and bathroom were spacious. Helpful front desk staff that helped with boat booking for tour around Capri Island
The hotel is a bit dated, could do with a little upgrade / refurbishment
