Best Western Plus Hotel Böttcherhof

We aren’t really Best Western clients. But because of the proximity to our location in Hamburg we booked this one. And it was honestly a VERY pleasant surprise! should we come to Hamburg again we would only book this Hotel! Most impressed!

There was nothing in the three nights that we spent here that was a negative.

Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was excellent in that regard. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The hotel was also modern and well-equipped in terms of technology and facilities. The design, colors, and overall atmosphere were very calming and pleasant. The heating system worked perfectly. Unlike many hotels where you may feel cold, this one had a very comfortable temperature thanks to the radiator system. Overall, the cleanliness, organization, and peaceful environment were truly impressive.

The location was not ideal, and I didn’t feel very safe in the surrounding area. However, one positive point was that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making access to public transportation very easy. Also, the hotel did not provide slippers, and surprisingly, they charged about $2.5 for them. This felt unusual, as in many hotels slippers are either free or not provided at all.

there is no instruction how to dial and reach reception , or any service , mobile phone set on the side without knowing which numbers to dial. no complementry bottles of water and there is only one bottle with small writing cost 4 euro , we paid higher price than down town and we got charged for water? its on industrial area and nothing near by. room view are very bad , seing the flat roof between the rooms?
