The Alfalfa apartment is located in a beautiful Sevillian house completely restored and renovated, located in the historic city center in the famous neighborhood of Alfalfa. The apartment is bright and quiet, as the building is located on a street with little traffic. A cozy living room with outdoor balcony, a sofa-bed to accommodate 2 more people and modern kitchen open to living room fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and all kitchen utensils . The double bedroom has an outdoor balcony and has a double bed and cupboards. The apartment comes complete with a modern bathroom with sink and large shower plate. Highlighting the apartment also has a sun terrace on the top floor community building, sunbathing or relaxing, available to all customers and internet at no extra charge.

The amenities were amazing as we enjoyed having a clothes washer, a drying rack for our clothes, a microwave, fridge, stovetop, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Oddly, it was the little things that were missing e.g. a towel to dry dishes, an ice cube tray for the freezer, bowls which we purchased and left behind for future renters.Our host was not able to communicate in English and was in no way welcoming. In fact, he was the only bad experience we had in our 2 weeks in Sevilla.the wifi did not work and he completely ignored our request for help. This lack of wifi during our stay was a significant problem for us.

The apartment is very close to the Cathedral, Alcazar and Giralda. After a day of sight seeing and shopping it's very nice to have the patio to relax on - with great city views. Very handy grocery store across the steet. Everything went smooth for checkin.
