About this house rental
The Pyramid House is a Retreat/Vacation Rental for groups, families or special events. Its remote location assures privacy for esoteric groups (LGBTQ friendly).
We built this two-story Pyramid on a secluded nine acres of land into the lush jungle environment overlooking the stunning Caribbean water on the east side. A unique experience for those who desire a true retreat from the modern world or those who simply need a relaxing and rejuvenating adventure in the Caribbean archipelago of Bocas Del Toro.
You will love stunning views, sun rises and all the comfort you need to relax and enjoy your Retreat/Vacation at the Pyramid.
WE INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY:
-Welcome cocktail at arrival,
-Use of kayaks, canoe, surfing board, snorkeling equipment and Indian style fishing tackle,
-Complimentary Wi-Fi / Email facilities,
-Free use of laundry facility, guest fridge, hammocks and beach chairs,
-Towels, linen, toiletries, shampoo, body soap and hot water,
-Use of Sony wireless Bluetooth speaker and headphones,
-Safety deposit box, books, videos and audio tracks on relaxation and meditation music,
-Hiking in the jungle; home to exotics birds and where sometimes monkeys, toucans and sloths are spotted.
We provide restaurant service for our guests and offer room & laundry services if required by the group. The kitchen is separated from the Pyramid as metal interfere with the energy inside the pyramid.
GUESTS ACCESS:
On the first floor you will find the living/bar area, the dining area, the library, the main bathroom and space for meditation/yoga practice. You can also use the large deck surrounding the Pyramid for relaxation, yoga exercises and body/mind work.
Guests have access to the entire Pyramid. The owners live in another house on the property. You have also access to the dock where you can use kayaks, snorkeling equipment & native style fishing tackle or take a shower. Anytime, you can go hiking in the jungle behind the Pyramid. Have a walk in the garden, sit and relax under a huge native tree. You can snorkel the reefs just in front of the property.
ACTIVITIES:
We offer boat tours and excursions such as:
- Boat excursion to the idyllic white sand beaches of the Zapatillas Islands, with great snorkeling,
- Boat tour to “The Monkeys Island Refuge”. Experience and enjoy a close encounter with the monkeys,
- Boat excursion to visit a local cacao farm to view how chocolate is made,
- Bat Cave Adventure. After navigating up a Mangrove River you will hike to the cave through a cacao plantation and rainforest. Along the way, you can see birds, sloths and red frogs.
- Bastimentos Sky Zip-line Canopy Tour. A tour for both nature lovers and those looking for the thrill of soaring through the air.
- River tour. We will transport you and your kayak by boat to a beautiful mangrove river where you can discover a pristine mangrove forest, home to sloths, white faced monkeys, and a variety of tropical birds.

Remy and Hilda were incredible hosts who welcomed us like family and took care of every detail of our stay. Food was amazing and truly farm to table. Got to hang out with a sloth too! Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised as it is my first visit in the area of Bocas del Toro in Panama. The diversity of possible activities and visits as the quiet times offered by the Pyramid was impressing and most relaxing. Everything was as described on the web site except for the most welcoming hosts who made my stay memorable. I recommend this place mainly for adults who seek privacy and non judgmental and open minded hosts.

We stayed at the pyramid for 3 days- 2 adults and 6 kids/teenagers. Everyone had a very good time despite the weather that was quite rainy. The location is very nice, the house is amazing, the hosts are very welcoming and generous. Remy took us by boat wherever we wanted to go and was available for us. He also gave us many suggestions. His wife is also extremely nice and always smiling.
We also enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, relaxing in the hammocks at his place.
It is quite a long way to go but it was worth it :-)
