Big room with location with LRT station right in the same building.
Room is cleaned.
Value for money with amount of money that we paid.
1. Room size is big but insufficient lighting in the room that is quite dark even with all lights turn ON.
2. Parking at basement can be confusing and need to take trouble looking for unreserved parking lots.
3. Hotel surrounding looks run down and unpleasant environment.

Imperial Regency Hotel has always been my top choice whenever I need to stay in the PJ/KL area. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the LRT Kerinchi station is literally right below the hotel, making travel even more convenient.
As long as I have been staying here, I have never encountered any major issues. I just wish that TnG would be free but 5 ringgit is still okay.

The size of the room is huge.
Hotel location next to LRT station which is easily accessible to Midvalley, KLCC and many more places.
Convenience store store available nearby.
Poor lighting. Room and toilet quite dark at night.
The tiles wall at bathroom is not clean. Mould can be seen. The tile of the swimming pool is dirty. Thick mould.
