Excellent location, great facilities, lots of amenities, very comfy room with everything you need including free water and coffee, helpful staff. Recommended!!
Just that the AC in the room could have been turned on before my arrival, that would’ve been nice! Also some stronger light ny the mirror would’ve been great.

+The staff was nice +Located close to the light rail and a bus station +The towels were really nice +The rooms were not big but felt efficient +The 'Hub' looks nice even though we didn't get to use it +The gym was nice
-At first we were put in room 308 (Even though I requested in advance to be put on a higher floor, but whatever) , the lighting in the room is quite dim even when fully on and we felt a bit claustrophobic with the curtains closed , but we could not open them because our window was LITERALLY eye level in front of a parking garage, anyone and everywhere could see us entirely in our room which felt like a breach of privacy and made us feel uncomfortable (We did end up switching a room, but I suggest if privacy matters to you, do not stay in room 308) -The AC smelled damp and of mold, it did cool the room really well, but the smell was an issue at times, so much so we had to turn off the AC and suffer the heat just so we can get rid of the smell even for a bit... A deep cleaning of the AC is needed for sure. -Coffee machine stopped working mid stay , not a big deal and we did not ask for it to get fixed because we didn't want to bother. -We had mosquitos in our room (hopefully not ticks) as we woke up with itchy bite marks on our legs several times, annoying -The blanket was NASTY! I almost threw up , the sheets covering it was fine, but when the sunlight shined on it and you could see the blanket itself under the sheets, it was FULL of yellow stains (image uploaded), they need to get some new blankets ASAP!!! -The location was fine due to the light rail, but aside from the pizza place inside the hotel (closes at 10pm), there's nothing nearby to do in terms of food or drinks, and we had to walk about a KM each time we wanted to feel the 'Tel Aviv vibe' -The 'mamad' is basically staircase room on each floor, which is well known not to be the safest option, we had to use it unfortunately.

absolutely everything was perfect; stuff, breakfast, room, during-the-day-routine: gym, laundry, coffee spot, working area etc. by the way, they have miklat, so you do not need to go far during the day/nights alarms. the manager helped those who stuck in the town during that difficult time by keeping the comfortable price till we could have flight home.
