The hotel doesn’t really let you check in till 4PM sharp no matter what. The property itself is beautiful. Easy free underground and street level parking. They don’t let kids in the hot tub. Owner extremely responsive, kind and knowledgeable. Make sure to bring your own coffee pods for the Keurig or drip coffee as well as laundry detergent. Along with mattress there is a Murphy bed that came in handy for our toddler. Enjoyed lunch on the patio overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable. Would come again.

This is a lovely condo, location, beautiful from a photo. Employees are unhappy and disgruntled and they are taking it out on US. Rocky Point will never be the same after this visit, I am in no hurry to return.
It was polar opposite of what we have become used to - I was craving the cheerful, upbeat positivity that I have received on previous trips, but the service here absolutely sucked. We felt hated by most of your wait staff. The one or two friendly people we encountered were way too far and few between. Major disappointment on a special and much needed family getaway. Leaving with a giant pit in my stomach.
