Condo Overlooking the Crystal Blue Waters of the Sea of Cortez…The Sonoran Sky Resort is the last and the most Luxurious of (4) Sonoran Resorts built on Sandy Beach. Sonoran Sky Resort was completed in 2008 and is comprised of a single Oceanfront 14 floor Tower of which offers Approx. (150) 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units all with Beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez, White Sandy Beaches and City Lights and Views of our Old Port Marina. Sonoran Sky Resort is perfectly located on Sandy Beach halfway between Town and Cholla Bay. Sonoran Sky Condos gives you all the creature comforts of home away from home…with upgraded Kitchens, Custom Cabinetry, Granite Counter Tops, Toasters, Blender, Coffee Maker Etc. Central A/C, TV & DVD with Cable, Laundry Room. This Resort is also within walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Clubs, and Night Life. *The resort charges the guest an impact fee when checking in. It is $18 a day to use all amenities.

Amazing views! Very nice and clean home. Loved it! Any questions or concerns, Sandra and Abe were a message away and ready to answer. Easy to checkIn.stagf was very polite and welcoming. No issues at all.

The property is great. We love staying at the Sky. It is a smaller property so not crowded at the pools and the beach access is perfect. The property manager was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and soap as those are not included amenities.

The view is spectacular! This is probably the cleanest place we have stayed in Rocky Point. The staff at the hotel were amazing. The Condo itself 10 out of 10. We will certainly stay here again.

I was taking my family to the beach for a last minute mini vacation. The Condo resort overall is very nice, however we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that we had to pay a 45 resort fee. This was not mentioned until the very moment we went to get our bracelets...of course I paid. I contacted the Owner Sandra and Abe the property manager and they said they were looking into it and I never heard back. Upon arriving to the room and inspecting the accommodations as I always do where ever I stay, I contacted the property manager Abe in regard to the additional futon that was mentioned in the listing that was advertised as being located in the Master. I explained to Abe all via text and sent shot screens of the listing and mentioned once again that I rented based on the accommodations because we were traveling with a child that we had planned to have her sleep in the futon. He shared his option that was I could leave...I didn't ask for a refund or to leave, my family was already down stairs enjoying the pool and our perishable already in the fridge. Abe was not helpful and I asked to be refunded the 45 resort fee and I sent him the receipt and a discount for the misleading listing. I also reached out to the owner and nothing, its disappointing that this is how they treat clients. Puerto Penasco is always a pleasure and we didn't let the dingy towels , and burnt out blubs be a bother but the poor customer service was surely a let down.
