Villa Le Facezie B&B

Una vera villa toscana, con un giardino curatissimo, in centro ma silenziosa e circondata dal verde. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta, la proprietaria stessa ci ha offerto da bere nella bella cucina e ci ha accompagnato nella nostra camera d'angolo con due belle finestre con gli scuri. Ci ha suggerito dove cenare ed era una trattoria ottima. Letti comodissimi, grande doccia e asciugamani con il logo della villa molto elegante. Colazione sotto il portico ricca e buonissima.

A beautiful, comfortable and very well-maintained villa that feels private and peaceful, while shops, restaurants and other facilities are close by. It is a great base for exploring Tuscany. Cristina was incredibly helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, and her parents, who live on the property, were wonderfully kind and hospitable. Despite the language difference, Google Translate and some hand gestures worked perfectly! We also really appreciated the cleaning halfway through our stay and the lovely surprise for my birthday. We felt very welcome and had a fantastic week.

There are quite a few house rules, particularly regarding noise and when certain areas can be used. With two children this sometimes felt a little more restrictive than we had expected from a private villa. However, as the owners’ parents also live on the property, we completely understand the need to be considerate, especially in the evening. It certainly did not negatively affect our overall experience.
