You need a car if you want to go out a lot but it’s fine and great at all

Excellent service and a very clean apartment. The owner, Mr. Hisham, and the building's security Mr: Amr Abu Abdo, and his wife were exceptionally respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a vacation, as it's right by the sea, with nearby amenities and home delivery available through apps like Talabat. The apartment is well-furnished and has Wi-Fi. If anything goes wrong, Mr. Hisham is quick to try and fix it immediately. It's a wonderful, very suitable, and comfortable place.

Spacious apartment, beach on the outside of the doorstep of the tower literally, balcony on the sea, beds nice and comfortable, kitchen clean, bathroom clean, couches were all comfortable, big dining table, good internet connection.

The doors to the balcony don't close fully, this won't be a problem unless there's heavy wind, I happened to travel in January, and there was heavy wind, this was an issue. The location of the apartment is very far away from any tourist spot, both Careem, Uber, DiDi and inDrive work in the area though, and I never had issues finding a ride, but you should keep in mind, the distance from any tourist spot, an hour to an hour and half on average with traffic to reach Raml Station or Sidi Bisher for example. Granted, for the price (less than 100$ for a week, 1/5th of a hotel), this is fantastic, but just keep it in mind.

It has a beautiful view from the balcony. The place is very spacious . Very appropriate for the beach. The patio brings in a beautiful breeze. The maids who cleaned are very helpful . 11th floor , so you get a prime view of the sun set and board walk at night . It’s nice that we were able to park our car in front of the building on the side of the road . The beach was accessible right outside the front door. We only paid 10 pounds per person which includes the chair and an umbrella . No other extra fees. The house was decently cleaned before we came in. Bathroom was spacious. The host of the property was so kind. Communicated efficiently with us all the time . Sent us a lot of helpful info when we first checked in that was very useful. Internet was strong . Host offered other apartments for comfort, was very kind.

Water pressure was a bit low , hard to get the sand off with low pressure . But that’s expected with beach homes all over the coast. Power cut off for about an hour and a half in the evening . But realized that was the entire coast line, I guess it’s daily. The beach it’s self wasn’t the cleanest. Not sure if it’s like that everyday . But that has nothing to do with the apartment. Apartment could be maintained a bit better to keep the spiders, bugs, lizards, and cobwebs cleared. I’m assuming lizards and other things sneak in from patios and front door .
