дружелюбная хозяйка 2 отдельные комфортные спальни тепло близко к центру, но тихо есть своя парковка чисто хорошее освещение во всех комнатах

Это не прям минусы, но стоит учитывать в своих планах, что если оставаться подольше то на кухне не не хватало некоторой утвари, не было ни одной сковороды, только эмалированные кастрюли, не было доски для резки хлеба. Кипятить воду для кофе и чая можно только на плите, электрочайника нет (но его и нет в описании, все честно)
