⚠️ Severe Warning: Unsafe and Extremely Unpleasant Experience ⚠️

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had through Booking.com. When we arrived, the weather was very cold, and we politely asked the host to turn on the heating, but he flatly refused despite the freezing temperature. On check-out day, we faced shocking and aggressive behavior from the host. He started shouting at my elderly mother over a minor leftover in the sink, then attempted to physically assault me and my sister, even pushing us violently with his hands. My mother and sister were left crying and terrified. We had no choice but to leave immediately to avoid further escalation. The apartment itself has serious issues: • The electric stove is faulty and difficult to control. • Only a very soft sponge was provided, making cleaning impossible. • The host behaves aggressively and disrespectfully towards guests. We felt completely unsafe and traumatized by this stay. This property is absolutely not safe and I strongly advise anyone against booking it. Booking.com should take urgent action to protect future guests from such unacceptable behavior.

Very nice place to stay on Zlatibor, recommended!

Location is peaceful, but not too far from the center (5-10 minutes by walk). There's enough parking space in front of the house. Room is clean and well-maintained.

Predusretljivost i gostoprimivost vlasnika ( sve pohvale), apartman je blizu centra ( oko 10 minuta laganog hoda ), više nego solidno opremljen sa svim neophodnim stvarima, topao i prilično čist.

Nema mnogo stvari za navesti, osim što bi krevet mogao biti za nijansu udobniji i zidovi su baš tanki, tako da se sve čuje iz susednog apartmana.

Predivan dan na Zlatiboru

Od samog dočeka koji je bio više nego srdačan, preko sadržaja u samom apartmanu, sve preporuke, uz to i predivno mesto za sedenje u dvorištu zaklonjeni zelenilom, jednom rečju predivno!!!
