The apartment Coco Passion is a beautiful three room fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 90m2 (+ 76 m2 terrace) in a luxury residence in Trois Ilets. From the terrace, you can enjoy at table a superb panoramic view of the Bay of Fort-de-France.
The kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room and the terrace.
This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers. You will find a bathroom with tub and toilet, and the second with shower and plenty of storage space and a second separate toilet.
After a day on the beach or discovering Martinique, take the time to relax in the secure pool of the residence.

The apartment Coco Passion has 2 beautiful air-conditioned rooms including in each of them a double bed and a bathroom. The first bedroom enjoys an unobstructed view of the mountains of Trois Ilets, and the second with a sea view and the hills.
This apartment is intended for 4 people maximum.
NEAR
Beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the tourist point of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 450 m. From the marina, there is a regular sea link to Fort-de-France.
From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are just a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of the Diamond and Anses d'Arlet is fast and direct.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la très grande terrasse et les deux salles de bain. Fabien nous a très bien accueilli, très professionnel et prévenant du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour.

Logement splendide, bien agencé avec une vue superbe sur la baie de Fort de France. La résidence est très calme. Nous avons, cependant été importunés par des travaux de réfection, pendant plusieurs jours, concernant le logement situé sous le nôtre. ( le marteau piqueur de 08H00 à 14H00....pas très cool.)
