About this apartment rental
Le Petit Chalet Yatou is a beautiful, fully-renovated apartment where life is good.
Ideally located in the Quartier Cancéru, a quiet residential area of Cauterets close to the town center and the village's infrastructure.
If you're looking for a peaceful vacation spot with all the necessary amenities, but also a privileged destination after deconfinement, Le Petit Yatou is sure to satisfy you.
Less than 2km from the town center and 1.5km from the gondola lifts, you can enjoy a day on the slopes, or set off from the rental property for hikes such as the Reine Hortense or the Lisey. These trails are rarely used, so you can make the most of them.
The town of Cauterets has set up a free 'Citycab' shuttle service to enable holidaymakers to get around without using their cars.
A bus stop is at the bottom of the house, 200m away, and will take you to the various bus stops.
Composition of the rental:
-3 fully renovated bedrooms:
a large bedroom with a 200cm bed (or 2 x 100cm)
a 2nd bedroom with a 160cm bed;
a third, smaller bedroom with a 160cm bed.
-a bathroom with a large shower, a whirlpool bath for relaxing after a day's sport, and a double washbasin
-a living-dining room with pellet stove for those long winter evenings overlooking our beautiful mountains
a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, breakfast equipment, raclette machine)
-a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ski storage space, so you don't have to cram into the apartment
a garden shared with the downstairs apartment (owner's brother). The garden is accessible for sunbathing or outdoor dining (garden table and chairs available).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gîte pour nos trois semaines de cure. Tout était parfait et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la promptitude ainsi que la générosité de la propriétaire, malgré qu'elle n'a pas été sur place. Nous avons trouvé dans ce logement tout le confort décrit dans l'annonce.

L'appartement est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, situé dans un quartier calme et à 5 mn du centre en voiture.
La pièce à vivre est spacieuse, elle donne sur une cuisine ouverte toute équipée et un coin salle à manger, le tout dans une ambiance réchauffée par le poêle.
3 belles chambres avec des bons couchages, la salle de bain a été appréciée des enfants au retour des pistes surtout le bain bouillonnant!!!
Bref une location agréable, propre et lumineuse avec une superbe vue sur la vallée

super séjour dans ce spacieux appartement très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé (proche commerce, remontée télécabine et centre ville. La propriétaire est très réactive, nous avons eu un souci avec le chauffe-eau le lendemain un plombier sonnait à la porte....
Idéal pour familles qui désire de l'espace.
Vous aurez surement la chance de profiter du poêle et de la baignoire balnéo, très agréable après une journée sur les pistes.
Nous reviendrons l'an prochain, une adresse que nous garderons!!!
