About this house rental
Mini-duplex villa of 40 m² located 500 meters from the beaches of Santa Giulia and Pietragione, fully equipped, contemporary furnished and air conditioned.
It consists on the ground floor, of a living room with an equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave, washing machine), a pull-out sofa bed, an LCD TV, a bathroom and separate toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace with barbecue. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed opening onto another terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Santa Giulia.
It has private parking.
The mini-villa is located in a holiday residence (Bella Vista). There is a restaurant with swimming pool in the residence (Le Carré Noir), you can benefit from the swimming pool for a consumption.
In addition to the very fast access to the beach of Santa Giulia which is one of the most complete and dynamic nautical bases of the region (water skiing, towed buoys, fly board, stand-up paddle, scuba diving, outing in boats, etc ...), you will also find bars, restaurants and a mini-market 5 minutes away on foot.
Cleaning is payable at the start of the stay at a rate of € 60. Sheets, towels and kitchen towels can be rented for a total price of 40 € for 2 people.
The closest airport is Figari located at 16 km (about twenty minutes).
Pets are not accepted. It is a non-smoking mini-villa.

Propre et très proche de la plage de Santa giulia. Seuls Points négatifs pas de piscine et demande de supplément pour le ménage alors que dans l’annonce le ménage est compris. Autrement super location super accueil

Bel appartement très bien situé
A 5min des commerces & 10min à pieds de la plage
Il manque quand même quelques éléments indispensables pr faciliter l’arrivée des touristes tels que un liquide vaisselle, une poubelle, du papier toilette, des aromates (le poivre restant était périmé depuis juin 2020...!)
Il s’agit un logement pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes, mais seulement 3 tables d’extérieur pr manger sur la terrasse ?
Le canapé lit du bas est sur 2 niveaux
Une place qui se fait en tirant le tiroir du bas (pas précisé dommage)
Sinon bonne communication avec la gestionnaire.
Nous reviendrons dans la région sans hésitation !

Emplacement au top a qq pas de la plage,
Nickel au niveau de la propreté , accueil de mme Odone super et échange avec la proprio parfait.
En revanche je trouve qu il manque qq petits équipements , comme un tapis de douche, des couteaux à viande et de cuisine, un grille pain, des transats et un parasol pour se poser sur la superbe terrasse avec vue de l étage.
Le reste est parfait je recommande.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais la villa en soi ne correspond pas au prix demandé.
La mini villa est prévue pour 4 mais il n'y a que 3 bols, 3 chaises extérieures, etc.
La terrasse vue mer n'est pas vraiment aménagée : il n'y a qu'une seule chaise en mauvais état et une table basse, difficile d'y manger le soir, et encore moins en journée car elle n'est pas ombragée et le parasol fournit est minuscule et ne peut de toute façon pas être installé.
Le barbecue était tellement sale que nous n'avons pas osé y toucher. Le reste en revanche était propre.
Attention également, la mini villa est située derrière le bar/karaoké/boîte de nuit très bruyant certains soirs.
En revanche, nous avons apprécié l'accès facile à la plage à pieds.
