Beautiful property in the Bay of Santa Giulia (South Corsica), nestled in the Mediterranean vegetation, just a few steps from the beach.
This house is ideal for families with children, friends and couples sharing the holidays together.
There are up to 5 beds available. Together with the large garden, the beach just a few steps away and the shallow sea nearby, this is the ideal home for your children. If you are a couple, the area provides a variety of restaurants, bars and ballrooms that are perfect for your leisure needs. If you are vacationing with a couple, the separate bedroom guarantees intimacy.
The house has a covered terrace with table, chairs and umbrella and face a large garden surrounded by beautiful and dense vegetation that provides excellent privacy.
Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single bed and a sofa bed for a comfortable sleep. Ceiling fans provide freshness and comfort in the house.
The recently renovated kitchenette has a glass-ceramic cooktop with hood, sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, full pots, plates, glasses and cutlery, a Nespresso coffee machine and French coffee machine. In the morning you can prepare a good breakfast and eat on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility of the place and the freshness of the morning. After breakfast, you can wear a bathing suit, take the towel and walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes; or drive to Porto-Vecchio and visit the south coast between Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio, appreciate the scent of the sea and the mediterranean vegetation, sightseeing the city of Bonifacio with its history and the beautiful view of the white cliffs, dock on the island of Lavezzi and swim a round. The excursions you can do from here are endless and absolutely worth doing!
When you return from the beach or your trip, you have a very comfortable bathroom with a large shower, a modern sink and a bidet. The restroom is separated from the bathroom.
In the evening you have the opportunity to use our barbecur to prepare a dinner, which will satisfy you with grilled meat and / or fish.
For your entertainment there is a 32 "flat screen TV with satellite reception in the living room, which guarantees the reception of channels in various European languages.
Your connectivity is ensured by a WiFi Internet service via satellite, which is available in the house and in the immediate vicinity.
On the short corridor between bathroom and bath we have installed a washing machine for your comfort.
