Lage: Strand zu Fuß gut zu erreichen jedoch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße ohne viel Verkehr. EDEKA und Penny gleich nebenan. Personal: Vermieter sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit: Alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ausstattung: Für den Preis sehr gut. Wenn man keine Marmordusche etc erwartet ist alles da was man brauch.

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Hausherren
Die unfreundliche patzige Art der Vermieterin. Die Sauberkeit, Steckdosen offen ohne Schutz, Feuermelder fehlt komplett, die Couch fleckig von oben bis unten, die Tür ist das Scharnier nicht befestigt. Die Mikrowelle lässt sich nur mit zusätzlich rütteln an der Tür überhaupt öffnen. Und dann 50€ Kaution fordern, falls unser und Chihuahua 3,5 Kilo, Schäden oder Flecken hinterlässt. Zusätzlich kam nochmal eine Gebühr von 60€ für den Hund oben drauf.
