I enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and my room was always clean every time I returned after a long day. The hotel is at a good walking distance from the center of Guanajuato, the mercado, museums and restaurants.
I didn't get towels 2 days in a row and I had to ask for towels. It just felt like an inconvenience asking for them. They also seem to lock the doors from like 1 am to around 7 am which also felt like an inconvenience because I felt like I couldn't leave or come as I pleased. Other than that. everything else was great.
