Really nice, attentive and responsive hosts that helped us to better move around the city and its surroundings as well as to identify the best activities available to our needs. They also provided us with some food recommendations that were spot on (at least for the ones we tried). The apartment is at a walking distance from the main tourist attractions and it will allow anyone staying there to truly experience the heart of Naples.

very easy check-in/check out
if you like museum/historic interior in the apartment is created for you,
Sorbello pizza is ~250 meters
bad wifi, the internet was only in a bedroom, and it is crucial because very weak of the signal mobile network due old walls
not very comfortable pillows for sleeping,
no washing machine but in the description of the apartment it was,
you need slippers because the floor is not very clear

The host was great, changing our arrival time. However when we did arrive it was difficult to make contact and get in. It wasn’t that we had a long wait but just couldn’t workout what was happening and it turned out that the person we needed was inside all long. It was resolved but a little frustrating at the time. Once in, the apartment was great and Rossana very helpful.

Accommodation was so Italian and beautiful. There were many antiques etc. which added to the ambience. The hosts were so helpful and gave us a lot of information. Highly recommended.
