Great location with amazing views over the river and easy access, cotton yukata's provided for use, relatively easy check-in and checkout.

Great location close to Kanawa Onsen bus stop and right on the Oto River. Good clean quiet room with basic amenities (tv, kettle, fridge) and private toilet. There is no shower, bathing is in the public indoor onsen.
Not a bad thing but there is no staff onsite. Checking in using their electronic system was not straightforward. I needed assistance and used the intercom where I was able to be guided and in the process.

Good views, good location, Onsen in the hotel
No private shower in our room, had to use the public shower. Didn’t feel super put together, definitely felt tired and aging for how much we paid
