The place could be great if it was maintained adequately and and had necessary supplies.

The proximity to La Ropa beach was excellent. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing and had beautiful plants around. The area was very quiet.

The internet was very intermittent and only worked on the deck, not in the apartment. That made our stay very frustrating. The air conditioner barely cooled the room. The toilet barely flushed. The kitchen lacked necessary supplies such as a lighter for the stove, sponge, dish soap and dish towel. There was no drinking water, so it had to be hauled from town. It feels like the owner is stingy and we don't plan to stay there again when visiting Zihuatanejo.

The view from the top floor is amazing! The penthouse is spacious and nice. The pool with shower on the ground floor was perfect for cooling off when we returned from a beach walk. The staff, Luis and Lydia were very friendly and hardworking (you’ll want a translate app do easier communication). Felt very secure with a locking gate so only guests could access the property.

There were a number of glitches with our unit that apparently haven’t worked for a long time. No hot water in tub (which is unusable due to a major leak). No hot water in kitchen (owner said there never has been?). Several days of no hot water in the shower. Had to bring my own basics (paper towel, dish soap, dish cloth and face cloth). Only one roll of toilet tissue at a time so if we skipped a cleaning we ran out of toilet paper. Biggest issue was the tub on the balcony, such a waste of space when it doesn’t work! Remove it so there could be more seating for that amazing view or replace it with a plunge pool that works.

Perfect apartment style accommodation. Tom has a separate bedroom and small kitchen. There is a BBQ available for use that is either propane or briquette. It's a 5 minute walk to La Ropa beach. Luís was friendly and always helpful. If you can get in, (as there are only 7 units and they are almost always booked up) we highly recommend!!

King size bed was a little hard, but honestly that's all about preference. Some people like a hard bed.

Great apartment-style rooms for a reasonable price, only 5 mins walk to the beach.

The rooms are great, 3 rooms total: living room/kitchen, bedroom, washroom. The pool area was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the apartment quite nicely furnished. It was great having a big fridge and kitchen (lightly stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc)

Had to go to pool for wifi. Room was not very clean when we arrived. No dish towels, dirty dish sponge. Pots and pans need to be replaced, no bbq area. Listing says no kids but there were noisy kids staying there.

Nice quiet stay with good pool

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was cleaned everyday. Nice and quiet most of the time, very relaxing, nice breeze and can even hear the waves from La Ropa. Short walk to see the sunset on the beach.

Internet in the unit is non-existent, but the common area and pool area is good. Kitchen ware is lacking but staff very helpful when you ask.

The location is great and staff are excellent!

My only very unimportant criticism is they might equip the kitchen a little better with paper towels, coffee filters etc. and maybe just a few staples such as salt and pepper. But overall, this is a great place :)
