About this apartment rental
The first rule of Real Estate is location, location, location and this condominium has that in spades. A short, flat, three minute walk brings you to the south end of world-famous Playa La Ropa, with its many casual, sand-side restaurants and water sports of all kinds. A quick, inexpensive combi (small bus) or cab ride brings you to the heart of Zihuatanejo, with every shop necessary for those vacationing for a week or staying for months.
Of course, those staying in this beautiful unit never really have to leave this wonderful complex. Twenty-four hour security gives residents and guests constant peace of mind. A beautifully maintained large swimming pool, complete with adult lap lane and shallow kiddie area, is surrounded by luxurious grass. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas ensure a comfortable day by the pool.
This second-floor unit is one of the nicest of the 25 units in the three building complex. A large, open living area is comfortably outfitted with overstuffed couch and chair as well as table seating for six. The kitchen has everything necessary, including an oven, for culinary masterpieces. The master suite, with attached bath and walk-through closet, and second bedroom are outfitted with non-concrete, king-sized beds. Both bathrooms contain spacious showers and all necessary amenities, including hair dryers.
