La struttura è molto carina e confortevole. La proprietaria ci ha messo subito a ns. agio. Ha una terrazza dove si fa colazione e si può stare all'aperto. La colazione è stata discreta. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al mare superando solo la pineta e in 10 minuti di camminata sei in centro. Pulizia impeccabile
La puntualità nel cambio asciugamani e il cambio delle lenzuola che superando una permanenza di una settimana non ci è stato fatto. Nella colazione manca tutta la parte salata.

Kleines gemütliches Bed and Breakfast.
Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Es war sehr sauber. Das Bad, die Dusche waren gut und das Bett bequem.
Das Frühstück war klein und italienisch. Es gab Kaffee, Tee, Croissants, kleine Brötchen, Joghurt, Marmelade und meist eine Sorte Obst.
Wir haben uns im noch Käse etc. im nahen Supermarkt geholt. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Kühlschrank für alle 4 Zimmer.
Alle waren sehr freundlich dort.
Parken ist kostenlos direkt vor der Tür möglich.
Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Uns hat Follonica nicht gefallen. Es ist keine schöne Stadt und der lange Strand ist völlig überlaufen (Ende Juli). Manche mögen es so, wir haben es gerne etwas ruhiger.
Es gibt aber tolle Alternativen, die gut mit dem Auto erreichbar sind.
Leider war es fast jede Nacht relativ laut auf der Straße. Mit Ohropax ging es aber.

The room was very noisy - the room looks at the noisy street. I talked about this with the owner and she agreed to give money back if I cancel through booking.com. When I did it, she changed her mind and told booking.com afterwards that actually she will not give the money back. Shame to do business like this!
