Location is very good for touristic tours to Toscana coast and the garden of the villa is beautiful

Old vintage villa near the Lake

Staying in an old vintage villa, owned by the very friendly and helpful Miss Laura is a pleasure. Lots of details and decorations makes it cosy and charming. The room itself was well sized had strong A/C and WiFi. Miss Laura is exceptionally kind and from a robust but heartful Charme. She offered free bicycle rent to reach the beach which was situated 5 km away.

I had a triple room unfortunately with own bathroom outside the room which felt a bit inconvenient. For this I think the price of 110€ was a bit high. The major problem was the permanent noise from 2 highways who were just situated next to the property. I had to sleep with earplugs and even enjoying the garden wasn’t relaxful therefore. Laura was friendly but present only in the morning and a few moments on early evening and hard to reach by phone.

Una breve vacanza rilassante in un ambiente confortevole dove ci si sente in famiglia.

L'atmosfera di rilassatezza che si percepisce entrando nel B&B iniziando dal giardino ordinato e curato alla perfezione, alla cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia della proprietaria signora Laura, attenta e pronta a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza, la pulizia della camera impeccabile, con ingresso indipendente dotata di ogni confort, arredata con gusto con mobili antichi, climatizzatore, cassaforte, frigo bar con bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione, persino una piastrina anti zanzare, il bagno con doccia, wc e bidet dotato di finestra. Colazione dolce e salata con prodotti di ottima qualità. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il lago a piedi in 5 minuti e la spiaggia in 10 minuti d'auto, vari parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

L'aggiunta per colazione di frutta fresca e secca completerebbe la già ricca varietà di prodotti a disposizione.
