About this villa rental
Our beautiful country house is situated in Pollensa only 1 km from the 9-hole golf course. The old and cultural town of Pollensa lies just 2km away and the beach 5 km.
The property is full equipped including wifi that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
Upon entering the 150m2 villa there is a spacious kitchen and lounge area where a few steps take you to a further living area/conservatory with access to the gardens and swimming pool. There are three bedrooms in total, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom.
Outside you can enjoy a relaxing meal under the covered terrace.
Only on request, and included at the rental price:

- Bathtub for children (until 15 kg)
Rental procedure:
- 25% payable by transfer when booking.
- 75% payable by cash on arrival.
- Security Deposit (for electrical consum, final cleaning or possible damages caused during your stay): 300€ (Up to 2 weeks).
Electricity consum will be charged at your deposit depending on consum at 0,25 €/Kwh. Also, central heating consum (cold seasson) will be charged at your deposit at 2 €/litre.
This deposit will be refunded by transfer after pertinent deductions within 15 days after return date.

This is a lovely spacious villa. My husband and I booked the villa mainly for the outside space and for the price, we couldn't have found anywhere better.
Fransisco was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly.
We would stay here again.

We, 4 adults aged 32 to 68 years, rented Can La in early May 2018 for 10 days. The booking, deposit and final payment were perfectly. The owner, Francisco Rodriguez, visited us shortly after arrival, lovingly instructed us on the benefits of Can La and answered the open questions we had. The villa Can La is quiet and located on a large plot. Despite the early season we were able to use the pool. The living space of the villa is generous. For 4 people there are 2 large areas (live, sleep and shower) which are separated by a large kitchen. However, we mainly used the light-flooded summer garden. Everything was perfect; but the kitchen equipment needs little more cooking utensils. About the final bill we have agreed before departure with Francisco. The payment of the balance of the deposit was received already 3 days after our return. We were completely satisfied, can recommend Can La and would book this villa again when staying in area of Pollenca.
