About this house rental

Come enjoy a peaceful and private getaway located in the back hills of Richford, NY - 30 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 40 from Binghamton. This quaint 2 story, 2 bed, 1 bath home is on 10 acres of it's own woods and trails and also overlooks 1180 acres of state forest. A short driveway inclines slightly to a level parking area. The cozy and relaxing front porch is stunning. However, please note the steep bank off the porch, making this cottage unsuitable for young children.

The host was very welcoming and answered questions quickly. It was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We especially loved the fireplace.

The house is very rustic and cozy. The owner has a great eye for the little details. It is close enough to town but still very secluded. It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I.
