About this house rental

Come enjoy a peaceful and private getaway located in the back hills of Richford, NY - 30 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 40 from Binghamton. This quaint 2 story, 2 bed, 1 bath home is on 10 acres of it's own woods and trails and also overlooks 1180 acres of state forest. A short driveway inclines slightly to a level parking area. The cozy and relaxing front porch is stunning. However, please note the steep bank off the porch, making this cottage unsuitable for young children.

The place was great! Decor was charming. Trails on the property were well marked and we enjoyed hiking around.The host was superb! This was my favorite stay so far and I will return for another visit.
