Discover Boho House, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath modern bohemian sanctuary in rural Ithaca, just minutes from downtown. This newly built home comfortably features comfortable beds, dedicated desk with dual monitors, fast Wi-Fi, an outdoor oasis with a fire pit and BBQ and a shared pond with hammocks. Perfect for families, remote workers, and nature lovers seeking a peaceful escape.
*Note that the home is 1/2 of a duplex. Indoor and outdoor spaces are private.
The Space:
-PROPERTY: Our property is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy. Lay in the hammocks around the shared pond for full relaxation or kick back in the Adirondack chairs for an afternoon nap.
-KITCHEN: The fully outfitted kitchen gives you everything you need to cook and serve all your meals. We also provide the following to make your stay easy and comfortable: salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee creamer, sugar, Starbucks K-cups for the Keurig, paper towels, cleaning supplies, sponges, and dishwasher detergent.
-BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed with high-quality linens to give you the hotel sleeping experience
-WORK FROM (OUR) HOME: Fast Wi-Fi and a desk featuring dual monitors
-BATHROOOMS: Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper are provided in both of our bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is attached to the primary bedroom.
-EV CHARGER: Level two EV charger located on the front of the house with NACS (Tesla) and J1772 connections
-OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Gather around the fire pit for memories you won't forget. We include firewood, fire starter, lighters, and outdoor blankets for those crisp nights. BBQ grill provided with propane included.
-SELF CHECK-IN: Use your provided smart lock code during your stay for a keyless experience
-HEAT/AC: Mini split units allow you to independently set the temperature for each room
-PARKING: Plenty of parking right at the front door for you to easily unload and check in
-LOCATION: 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca - 10 minutes to Cornell University - 4 minutes to Ithaca College - nearby waterfalls, Cayuga Lake, wineries, and many hiking trails
-EXTRAS: For the kids, we include a Pack N' Play. For dogs, we have a crate if you need it (Dogs are welcome when listed on the reservation. Sorry cats are not allowed)

Great, quiet location with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great accommodations for my 1 year old niece and cozy shared spaces with a nicely stocked kitchen. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but would be very fun in warmer weather to use the fire pitand hammocks by the pond, and play the outdoor games. We will look to return here next time we are in Ithaca!

We had a great stay, the place was clean and more spacious than expected. Even with snow on the ground we enjoyed the outdoor space, which I'm sure is even better in warmer weather.

This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. Highly recommend staying here especially if visiting Ithaca College.
