Modern villa in an exclusive complex located in the Salobre Golf Resort. An idyllic place to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surrounding environment. 10 minutes drive from Maspalomas Beach.
A lovely villa with a really cozy atmosphere 10 minutes drive from Maspalomas Beach. It features a small garden with exotic plants and a private, small and heatable swimming pool (pool heating service not included in the price). Guests can also use the community pool which is very near the villa. It also has two bedrooms with windows that go from floor to ceiling, and two bathrooms to provide absolute comfort.
Enjoy the sunshine in privacy and surrounded by fantastic views.Have a family dinner outdoors in a peaceful privileged environment. We are in love with Salobre Golf Resort and we think it is really the perfect place in Gran Canaria if you deserve a rest!

Rectangular-shaped, poolside shower, heatable with a surcharge, 3,5 metres long, 2 metres wide and 0.90/1.20 metres deep.
This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.

The services included in the price for this holiday villa in Gran Canaria are:
Welcoming and key handover by our staff until 20.00 hours.
Our customers are gifted with an exclusive “welcoming pack” with basic products to spend the day in the villa.
You will have our especial service of fresh breads deliver (delivered at the first hour in the morning in your villa).
You will have daily cleaning service from Monday to Friday (working days).
It will carry out a complete weekly cleaning (after the 7 nights) with change of sheets set and towels for stays superior to 1 week.
This villa provides a cradle service without additional charge for minors under two years old. We pray you let us know at the booking, since the cradle and the highchair are available under petition.

***Guests are required to leave a deposit to 500€ the possible damages that may be done. This deposit will be reimbursed completely at the check-out and is liable to inspection.
