Beautiful Villa with private pool located within the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort offering great views over the Golf Course. The beach is only a 15 minute drive!
This property belongs to Las Terrazas complex and it is one of our brand new acquisitions!
It has been fully renovated and refurbished in the last few months, designed for the taste of our most demanding customers in search of tranquility yet without giving up the lively ambience of your holiday in nearby resorts such as Maspalomas, Meloneras or San Agustín, only a 15 minute drive from the private area of Salobre.
Enjoy a swim in its private heatable pool (the pool heating service is not included in the price) and then sunbathe in its nicely laid out terrace.
Perfect when you love golf, hiking and mountain biking as there are wonderful trails around the area.
Indulge yourself with a holiday you won't forget in a house that counts with all amenities; air conditioning, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, private parking, charcoal barbecue and its own private pool!

Full weekly cleaning (after 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels included only for stays longer than 1 week.
This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours it is strictly forbidden.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
*** A security deposit of 500 euros is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

Lovely quiet setting on a stunning golf course. Villa was immaculate and exceeded our expectations with facilities. All bedding and towels included with coffee machine and Netflix. Lovely welcome pack on arrival that set us up and little supermarket only a 10 minute walk away. Pool doesn’t get sun all day, only a few hours in the afternoon when we stayed in January but sun terrace above was a great sunbathing spot!
Free bread delivered to the gate every morning was a lovely touch!
Greatly accommodated our 7month old daughter with additional cot and high hair and blender made making her food, stress free!
A lovely family break for some Winter sun!

We had a lovely stay here for a week. Loved the free bread delivery every morning. Pool was heated to just the right temperature. Loads of space to lounge around with 3 patios. Great view of the hills and golf club. Nice quiet area. Probably best to have hire car to get around. Modern kitchen with great welcome pack. Very comfortable beds with good blackout curtains. Air conditioning in all rooms. Would definately stay again.
