About this house rental

Terraced house in a very quiet private residential area.
It is located very close to the beach, about 50 meters. Ideal for families. Very well connected: bus stop downtown Peñíscola - Benicarló 100 meters away, and 4 kms from the center of Peñíscola. Close to supermarkets and shopping center.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people; 2 bathrooms, well-equipped independent kitchen, living room, laundry room, large garage with capacity for 2 cars, sunny terrace and small garden.
Communal swimming pool.
It has hot and cold air conditioning.
Household linen (sheets and towels) not included. The tenant will have to bring it.
The house has to be left clean as it is or if you prefer, you can pay a cleaning fee of 50 euros.
It is rented from Saturday to Saturday, being the entrance at 13 hours and the departure at 10 hours.
On the day of entry a damage deposit of 200 euros will be paid, which will be returned if everything is correct.

Sehr schönes Haus, perfekte Lage - Supermärkte gleich in der Nähe, Früchte und Wasser kann man gleich um den Eck kaufen. Promenade, die 8 km lang ist 1 Minute vom Haus entfernt. Strand ist traumhaft schön, super angenehm wegen
sehr groben Sand der nicht überall kleben bleibt. Andere Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch von der Domizil gut zu erreichen. Was den Kindern am allermeisten gefallen hat ist der Pool, der jeden oder zweiten Tag gereinigt wird. Aquapark, wunderschöne Städte wie Morella und Valencia sind sehr sehenswert. Nur die Spülmaschine ist bissel alt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
