The apartment was big and nice, with clean sheets for the beds. Very close to the beach. There was a parking spot assigned to us, this was great. The check in process can be done entirely online, without needed human intervention or dealing with people, this could be positive if you are a grumpy person like me. But good luck if you have some issue. The keys were stored in a lockbox in a different building. The experience of getting them was ok.

No towels, no air conditioner and a broken fan. Air conditioner was included only available with an extra payment. There was only one fan, and it was broken. They could at least provide a fan per room or guest, but it was not the case. Check in very late (17hs), check out very early (10hs). Or extra charge. The person that talked us through WhatsApp gave us the wrong code to collect the keys from the lockbox, so we arrived at the location very late and were unable to collect the keys. Luckily, the person from the hotel was still available through WhatsApp and gave us the correct code for the lockbox. The indications to reach the exact block of buildings and apartment were poor. There were many buildings in the GPS location they shared, finding the correct one was complicated, we had to try the keys in all the doors until one of them opened. Once inside the correct building, the doors and floors were not tagged, so we had to try all the doors with all the keys until one opened. It was like a escape room experience. Did I mention there were no towels? Bring your own or rent them. It could be nice if they provided you with a least one small cheap towel per guest.
