About this house rental
Beautiful semi-detached house with fantastic views of mighty mountains and long rivers. Hardanger with Trolltunga, Låtefoss, Bondhusbreen, Langfoss and Preikestolen nearby offer exciting nature experiences. The newly constructed Via Ferrata-Kirkeveggen - one of the longest and highest routes in the Nordic region - is approx. 500 metres from the holiday home. The area also borders the Folgefonna and Hardangervidda National Parks, which offer a starting point for a varied holiday in Norway. Here you can barbecue the catch of the day from the nearby river, in the fishing lake or in the nearby fjord. There are good stocks of trout in the lake. The Åkrafjord is not far from fishing opportunities. A boat can be hired from the owner. Boat trips or fishing trips on the fjord can be arranged in advance with the owner. From the holiday home you can take trips to Odda and the Hardangerfjord, Haugesund, Bergen and Stavanger. The owner lives in the other half of the house and has good recommendations for excursions.

The host was very welcoming. We wanted to have a winter bbq and they prepared chaires with a nice fur en helped us to make te fire place in the house. The house a dated but it has everything it needs. Surrounding is beautiful!

Mooi huisje met een wat rustieke inrichting. Het huisje is goed onderhouden en alles functioneert en is netjes en schoon. De ontvangst door de eigenaar is heel goed en vriendelijk en je kunt altijd terecht voor vragen. De omgeving is mooi en er zijn veel mooie wandelingen in de buurt.
