Here you live under a charming thatched roof and on a fenced property.
The 12 beds in the house are divided into two sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. In the centre of the house is the living room, which is the meeting point of the house. In addition to an 18 m² pool, you also have a good whirlpool for 4 people and the third bathroom of the house is also located in this room. All bathrooms and the pool room have underfloor heating. The pool room and living room are heated by a heat pump, so you can expect reduced energy costs. The games room is equipped with a Wii and a 50" television.
The screened terrace is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining. The children have a swing, sandpit, football goal and a playhouse in the garden.
The house is close to the holiday resort of Marielyst, which has a great atmosphere, especially in summer, with stalls, galleries, cafés, restaurants and lots of leisure activities. The region is also known for its good beaches. The house is only rented to families.
