About this villa rental
On the heights of Porto-Vecchio, 7km away, rent a pretty little two-bedroom villa in a quiet residence composed of 3 mini semi-detached villas with shared heated swimming pool.
Wifi point access, property of 1500 m2, with heated swimming pool to be shared between the 3 rentals, accredited by the TOURIST OFFICE of Porto-Vecchio and by GITES DE FRANCE accommodation classified 3 * stars AND 2 EPIS.
OF Any comfort, with a pretty clear view on the mountain and a private and secure parking,
Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, large terrace of 13 m2, furnished with chairs and 1 outdoor table as well as a barbecue and pergolas.
2 closed bedrooms with 1 double bed 160 cm and 2 single beds that can join together to make a 160 cm, ideal for family with 2 children and possibility with 1 additional baby with cot and highchair available, also ideal for 2 couples wanting to share location.
In a maquis setting, calm and serenity is guaranteed.
7 minutes from the beaches of St Cyprien, Cala Rossa and Benedettu. 10 mins from Pinarellu.
7 mins from Porto-Vecchio and amenities;
With a bakery in the village.
Since May 2008, we also have other mini Villas with another swimming pool (heated) "at Muriel and Pierre 1", air-conditioned, in the same place on another plot of land opposite.
A laundry room is available, private parking, playground for young and old with table tennis, swings, slide.
POSSIBILITY TO RENT in off season 5 nights minimum.
Most in the bathroom: CERAMIC STRAIGHTENER, HAIR DRYER ..
Baby equipment is provided free of charge (high chairs, baby baths, umbrella beds).
the configuration is such that each rental is independent and allows privacy and tranquility for all.
THE PLUS: HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS FOR FLOOR AND TOILET FLOORS ARE AVAILABLE IN EACH HOUSING.
The parking lot is located on the closed property.
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures at 10 a.m. (we do our best to accommodate families with babies before 5 p.m. if their arrivals on the Island are early).
We are 7 km from the center of Porto-Vecchio, north side with easy and quick accessibility to the beaches, city center, shops and supermarkets.
We are owners on site and are available to our tenants to help them in their choice of visits and any other requests.
Bed and household linen is not provided but it can be rented for 20 € per person.
There is a final cleaning service possible by a cleaning lady but not compulsory. A cleaning deposit (60 €) is requested then returned at the end of the stay.
A deposit of € 500 for the premises is requested.
Payment is made on arrival. 30% are requested upon booking.

La proprio s’est rendue ultra disponible et prévenante avec nous. La piscine chauffée est toujours la bienvenue à cette époque après une belle rando en bord de mer ou en montagne, les plages environnantes sont proches et quasi désertes à la Toussaint.
L’appart est propre et fonctionnel, nous avons même eu droit à un panier de bienvenue fort sympathique.
