About this villa rental
On the heights of Porto-Vecchio, 7km, rental of a pretty little two-bedroom villa in a quiet residence consisting of 3 mini joint villas with shared heated pool.
Access wifi point, property of 1500 M2, with heated pool to share between the 3 rentals, approval by the OFFICE OF TOURISM of Porto-Vecchio and GITES DE FRANCE classified accommodation 3 * stars AND 2 EPIS.
DE All comfort, with a pretty clear view on the mountain and a private and reassured parking,
Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, large terrace of 13 m2, furnished with chairs and 1 outdoor table and a barbecue and pergolas.
2 closed bedrooms with 1 double bed 160 cm and 2 single beds that can meet to make a 160 cm, ideal for family with 2 children and possibility with 1 baby and more with available cot and high chair, also ideal for 2 couples wanting to share location.
In a setting maquis calm and serenity is assured.
7 minutes from the beaches of St Cyprien, Cala Rossa and Benedettu. 10 minutes from Pinarellu.
7 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and amenities;
With a bakery in the village.
We also have since May 2008 other mini Villas with another pool (heated) "at Muriel and Pierre 1", air-conditioned, at the same place on another plot opposite.
A laundry room is available, private parking, playground for children and adults with table tennis, swings, slide.
POSSIBILITY TO RENT in the off season 5 nights minimum.
The most in the bathroom: CERAMIC SLURRY, DRY HAIR ..
The baby equipment is available free of charge (high chairs, baby baths, umbrella beds).
the configuration is such that each rental is independent and allows privacy and tranquility of all.
THE PLUS: HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS FOR FLOORS GLASSES AND TOILETS ARE AVAILABLE IN EACH HOUSING.
The car park is in the property which is closed.
Arrivals are from 17h and departures at 10am (we do our best to accommodate families with babies before 17h if their arrival on the Island is early).
We are 7 km from the city center of Porto-Vecchio, north side with easy and quick access to beaches, downtown, shops and supermarkets.
We are owners on site and are available for our tenants to help them in their choice of visits and any other requests.
Bed linen and house linen is not provided but it can be rented for 20 € per person.
There is a final cleaning service possible by a housekeeper but not mandatory, A cleaning deposit (60 €) is requested and returned at the end of the stay.
