Atitudinea personalului, masajul, minipiscina, micul dejun
Baia era foarte rece si a fost necesar un calorifer electric, conecat prin prelungitor la o priză din altă cameră (baia ese fără prize și slab iluminată). Camera este dotată doar cu u dulap cu 2 dispărțituri, iar în una dintre ele este plasat un frigider destul de gălăgios. Drumul de acces din spatele hotelului Perla, cât și treptele către acest hotel nu sunt îngrijite.

Amplasarea este conform descrierii. Locatia este una linistita.
Serviciile spa nu sunt conform unui standard de 5 stele. Tariful serviciilor spa este mult prea mare in raport cu calitatea Masajul necesita imbunatatiri.
