Romeu house has a terrace with barbecue to enjoy with family and friends and is just 15 minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and a beautiful promenade where you will find many beaches along San Martí d'Empúries.
Free WiFi and satellite TV.
Access to the house, the apartment, the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively for the tenants.
The owners live on the ground floor, they have independent access.
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for open sea swimming channels and others with a wide range of sports or special interest in scuba diving; Without forgetting the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. L'urbanisation est calme. La piscine est très agréable et offre une belle vue sur l'arrière pays.
