About this house rental
Holiday House "Il Melograno" is located in Sommavilla, a small village of the town of Brenzone, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.
The proximity to points of interest both mountain and lake and the location where is make it a "residence" ideal to meet every need and taste. In panoramic position it is approximately 400 meters from the lake and 1-2 Km from local amenities: shops, restaurants, pharmacies, bus stops and Navigarda (boat). Ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking.
The house, recently renovated, has a large bedroom with lake view and a charming loft with skylight prepared to accommodate an additional person.
The bathroom is complete with all accessories (with the possibility of service washing machine in the garage).
A beautiful wooden staircase attaches the bedroom to the living area. The latter is composed as follows: a wooden kitchen equipped of all, an old restored credenza and a satellite TV.
To welcome you a sinuous lake view terrace furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella for your convivial moments in the open air.
Living spaces are added: a small private garden with two / three deck- chairs for your moments of relaxation (clean air, quiet hilly and the presence of olive trees, old trees with their majesty and their fruits surround the house and all the villages of our municipality.
Finally there is also a private garage.
The house is rented in its entirety for weekly or multi-weekly periods.However, no shorter stays are excluded .
Arrival is scheduled from 4 pm; Departure by 09 am.
Children until 3 years free.
(Children up to 12 years old do not pay the tourist tax.)
On request, for small children, possibility of camping cot and high chair: 5 Euros per day.
The price includes: the bed , bath, kitchen linen, the final cleaning and Internet service.
For multi-weekly periods linen change and cleaning offered by the owner.
Heating on request at an additional cost (Market price per cubic meter).
Pet stay: 5 Euros per day (only small size and by prior agreement with the owner)
Extras: Tourist tax (€ 2.50 per person per day).

Wir haben einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub in Assenza verbracht! Das Haus ist zu zweit wirklich perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Terasse inklusive Sonnenschirm lädt zum Frühstück mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Gardasee ein, der kleine Garten inklusive Liegestühlen ist ebenfalls wunderschön.
Mehrere kleine Supermärkte sowie diverse Restaurants sind in Kürze zu erreichen und auch der Gardasee ist in Laufweite (wem der Rückweg bergauf zu anstrengend ist: In zwei Minuten Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto befindet sich ein preisgünstiger Parkplatz, von dem aus man in zwei Minuten Fußweg den Gardasee erreichen kann.)
Die dazugehörige geräumige Garage ersparte einem die Parkplatzsuche und brachte dadurch große Erleichterung!
Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell und die Gastgeber*innen sehr hilfsbereit!
Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub in diesem Haus machen!

Hervorragend gepflegtes Haus mit optimalem Kontakt zu den äußerst freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Besitzern, beste Einrichtung und Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zum See, zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Das Auto steht in einer großen Garage unter dem Haus.
Die Blicke vom Haus und der Terrasse aus auf den See und die Berge sind immer wieder faszinierend.
Wir sind oft am Gardasee. Diese Unterkunft mit der so freundlichen Besitzerfamilie ist mit Abstand die beste, in der wir bisher unsere Ferien verbracht haben .
