Nice hotel, great location but over priced transport

Nice big room, comfortable bed. Couple of swimming pools luckily with kids favouring the bigger pool so during my stay the other one with rooms opening onto it defaulted to adult use. Can’t guarantee that I suppose but would be better if they make that adults only. Very central location but busy with bars etc around it. Must say my room, 28 wasn’t impacted too much with noise from late bars. Maybe it’s a little sound-proofed. Had a great massage at Royal Palm Massage. Worth paying extra for a professional place & experience.

Not the fault of the hotel but what spoils Krabi is the extreme over-price fixing of the tuk tuk drivers. They want to charge 200 bht to go 2-3 minutes up the road. I rejected them twice & said I will walk. More tourists need to do that! And hotel (taxi they use) wanted to charge 500 bht for a 8 min journey to Nopparat Thara Pier. Again I rejected that and arranged a taxi with the fabulous Krabi Taxi Services which took the stress away & provided me with a lovely large comfortable van type vehicle for FAR less than the hotel taxi wanted to charge!

Perfect location for island-hopping & friendly staff!

The location is perfect for island-hopping, the staff is very friendly, and the room was cleaned daily! The pool area is nice too. Breakfast was good overall. The variety might not be the best, but it was fine for a week-long stay. All necessary amenities were in the room, and the Wi-Fi was okay. We stayed here for my girlfriend's birthday, and they arranged a nice flower decoration on the bed as a surprise! Manager Michael was wonderful and very helpful.

Some facilities were a bit run-down; for example, there was a drainage issue in the shower, and the bathtub showerhead was a bit hard to control. There was also some noise at night from the nearby nightclubs, but it wasn't a big issue for us. We stayed in room 80, which was one of the farthest from the nightclub. However, if you're very sensitive to noise, you might want to consider a different location!

Great central hotel for a few nights to explore Ao Nang

Great location for the beach, town and ferry service Clean large rooms with lovely balcony bedding changed regularly towels every day. Fresh fruit and delicious cooked breakfast to suit all tastes imo.

It was alright, met the needs.

It's located bang on the main market street so you can really enjoy the food, shopping and beach experience.

We thought the resort was on the beach but there's a road between the resort and the beach and we were disappointed to see that. The pictures made it look like it'll be at the beach, so be prepared for that. The service was alright but when I asked for water on the last day they said they don't give water on the day of checkout which was very strange.

The resort itself is spotless; cleanliness and maintenance are clearly a top priority. Amenities are world-class, from the beautifully kept in-hotel swimming pools to the well-equipped gym, making it easy to balance both relaxation and fitness during my stay. Every detail was designed to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re someone who values a little extra privacy, this resort is an ideal choice — it strikes the perfect balance between luxury and seclusion. Overall, a truly memorable experience that deserves more than 5 stars!

Good value, excellent service

Our home away from home in Aonang. We stayed here on 3 separate occasions during our trip, and were received like old friends each time. Apart from the lovely and extremely helpful staff, the location is very convenient, right in the middle of the tourist area and across from the beach (not a great beach, but it’s still nice to be near the sea), the rooms are excellent for the price you pay, and breakfast is spot on.

The only downside is the noise from the bars on the main strip at night (the price you pay for the central location), and that the pool area and the exterior in general are in need of an upgrade. The rooms in the left building still have a very nice vista of the central hotel area, however.

Outstanding Hotel.

Not being funny!!! But this place for me and my family was absolutely amazing and in the end we didn’t want to leave perfect location very courteous and helpful staff amazingly clean rooms and two amazing swimming pools. If you have a family do not look anywhere else in Ao Nang. See you next year L ❤️🇹🇭

Won't go back to this hotel again

The front desk staffs are very friendly.

It is a really old hotel with renovation but you can still smell the old furniture. Room is small and strange design.The aircon in the room was sucked... You can never get a comfy temperature, one degree up can make it really hot and one degree down can make it very cold , the air it was directly blow towards to your face your beds. The floor is extremely slippery very very unfriendly for kids. Not to recommend it.

Perfect location excellent clean and safe hotel

Location is excellent right in the middle of everything and beach is opposite. Was worried that noise at night might be a proplem but could not hear anything. Felt very safe as had to go through reception to get into hotel so people could not just wonder in. Also safe in room for passports etc. Rooms large and very clean and shower room perfect. Small fridge in room is great as we brought water and cola to put in. Hotel provides two bottles of water a day. Pools are lovely and very needed as we found it very hot. Staff are amazing everyone so polite and friendly. Breakfast is fantatic so much choice kept us going till late afternoon everyday,

Only the location

I liked nothing. Nor the room nor the staff and their behavior with no service at all. With the price they are charging at least a better service behavior from the receptionist would have been highly appreciated. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone at the price they are charging. Staff are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are cleaned to a great standard. The position of this hotel makes it one of the best in Ao Nang, in my opinion

There is nothing to not like at this hotel. Michel the long standing manager runs a very tight ship. He is very visible on the front desk, unlike any other hotel Manager.

Loved every minute of our stay.

Superb room with pool straight off our balcony. Such friendly staff who are always glad to help. Located in on a busy street but our room and pool area was an oasis of calm. Lovely breakfast which filled us until evening meal. So close to the restaurants, bars and taxi boats.

The gym needs an update but OK for a quick workout.

Good pool area in a great location. Has a European feel to it. Large rooms. Staff preordered us breakfast to go on the last day as we were checking out early. Good breakfast on the other morning were there! Lots of choice!

On the last evening the aircon became noisy and did not work and there was some noise from the street - i think due to it being a Saturday night there was some music playing.

Fabulous location in the heart of Ao Nang beach right across the street. Decent breakfast & pool area. Our room upstairs on the 4th floor facing the pool was a very good size with a balcony to sit & hang our swim wear to dry. It was also fairly quiet in the evening considering the location being in the heart of the bar area with the exception of Fri/Sat nights when the music goes on till morning so you do need earplugs. Super friendly & helpful staff !

The location was perfect. Ao nang night market 5 mins away and the blue mountain markets 5 mins away in Tuk Tuk.

Pools were very warm. We booked the rooms with access to the pool and we were told under no circumstances were they exclusive.

Good location with a pool, and the staff were nice. They were able to help with the airport taxi and were very friendly

Hard to sleep with the noise of the surrounding bars and music, and screaming neighbours in the early hours. Bunk beds were very hard, even with a mattress topper. We were moved to a much nicer room, due to the screaming neighbours as a refund was declined. Although we had to move the hard camp bed into the main bed room so the air con could muffle the noise. The pool was great, but it was hard to find bar staff. Cooked breakfast and coffee was nice, but the buffet was limited

A beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable!

An excellent hotel! I usually only stay in one place for a few days at a time but I felt very at home here. A nice size resort, clean, lovely facilities, a great restaurant! Clean and fresh breakfast buffet and location is great! Directly opposite the beach (although you need to walk a bit further down to the left if you want to swim) it’s perfect for getting the long tail boat to Rayleigh beach! Plenty of great places to get a massage, eat, drink and enjoy the hustle and bustle of ao nang!

Its a fairly noisy area and the clubs are open most of the night but that to no fault of the hotel and for me wasn’t an issue as I was able to sleep through it. If you are a light sleeper you might find the noise a challenge in ao nang!

Super central location, very comfortable to walk around the market and go into the hotel to put things away. The staff is very nice.
