It's a lovely hotel by name, but really a Bed and Breakfast place. The location and the grounds of the hotel are the strongest things about this place, and we loved the manicured gardens so much... There is also a bar open till late, where you can by something to relax after a long journey... Before you arrive at the hotel from Budapest direction, there is a McDonalds 3 miles out and that's your last attempt to have a bite to eat around there.
We slept very well, beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have fans for ventilations
It's one of the safest places to be, if you need to stay overnight on the border between Hungary and Austria.
The price is too high for the offer, when you think about the room. For a 3 star hotel, there is no fridge in the room and with the exception of soap, no other toiletries available. We also had a problem with the pillows, which are extremely fluffy and might need an update.

Location and staff
The rooms were smelly and the bathrooms too( probably from sewer. You could also see the old mold in corners. Towels were smelly, I had to ask for other ones.

The hotel looks nice, location is good. Breakfast was nice, but very limited options, and if something is over you need to wait for some time to get new food.
I was in room 12 --> (1) NO internet, (2) noisy bathroom ventilator, (3) the bed is actually a couch that was opened as a bed.
