Beautiful house in quiet surroundings. Great spot for relaxation, hikes and biking. Close to beautiful Uzes. Great wines in nearby winery. Fanny the local 'housesitter' was helpful and friendly. Carol the house-owner seemed genuinely interested in our well-being. To put it briefly, a lovely and calm place in the country-side surrounded by friendly people.

The property was very clean, well presented and in a quiet location with a private pool and outside eating area.
Mosquito nets at the window were much appreciated. Fanny the caretaker was exceptionally helpful.
The location was 12km outside of Uzes despite the fact that the location of the pin on Booking.com shows the property to be 0.8miles (1.4km) from the centre of Uzes. It also states the property is 'set in Uzes'. This was inconvenient as we had friends staying in Uzes and we choose this property as we understood by looking at the map that we could walk to their house. The village in which it is actually located La Capelle et Masmolene has no shops or facilities at all. We incurred additional cost and lost a lot of time travelling back and forth to meet our friends as it is a 15 minute drive.
This needs to be corrected ... we feel as though we have been mis-sold a holiday property location.
