Tot i que la casa podría està bé, l'estada presenta nombrosos aspectes negatius.

La casa no està malament, és força àmplia, i la piscina també. Malgrat tot, hi ha moltes més coses negatives que positives.

La neteja de la casa és deficient. A més, l'ús de la piscina es veu dificultat per la gran quantitat d'abelles que hi ha durant el dia. Hem constatat que els propietaris de la finca fan servir la piscina quan els clients estem absents fent turisme, arribant fins i tot a posar el seu gos a dins. El paisatge podria ser molt bonic, però malauradament, la casa dels propietaris, que és just al costat, està plena de cotxes i caravanes per reparar. Aquesta situació fa que les vistes des de la piscina, en lloc de donar a les precioses vinyes, siguin directament a una mena de desballestament. La seva manca de professionalitat és evident. No s'ha proporcionat cap fulletó amb les normes de la casa ni informació turística. A més, la comunicació és molt complicada amb ells si no es parla francès.
