Wonderful Relaxing friendly

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Relax apartment. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the jacuzzi and sauna were much appreciated after a long day exploring Florence. The friendly host spoiled us with delicious pastries, wine, coffee, and a variety of teas. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds, and despite the construction nearby, it was incredibly quiet in the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment.thank you very much. Viviane

Most excellent accommodations in Florence.

This place was excellent! The attention to detail was amazing! Mattia and Leonard literally thought of everything! The apt was well appointed - excellent appliances and home goods - they even gave us snacks! Rooms were themed in such a cute way. Air conditioners were turbo units. Large windows with great shutters. Washing machine was great (no dryer) but if we hung close, even late at night, they were dry by the next morning. Truly an amazing place, just about 10 min walk to the Duomo and all kinds of action! You will not be disappointed!

The only trouble we had was getting a cab out front - so if you need a cab, it might be best to plan ahead and order one.

Beautiful apartment in a quieter part of town. Amazing welcome by host!

What really stood out was the welcome we received upon entering the apartment. The host left sparkling wine, dessert, crackers, and chocolates. It was very thoughtful. The apartment was modern and clean.

It was located in a quieter part of town and not a lot happening at night. There weren't many restaurants close by. Attractions were a little bit of a walk away but we were still able to walk to them without needing to take transportation.

Great location and relaxing place to unwind after a day of sightseeing

Mattia was extremely friendly and explained all the features of the room (Alexa, jukebox, entry procedure). We were able to get in a little early which was much appreciated. The complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. Great location. Twenty minute walk to Duomo. Twenty five minute walk to train station. WiFi worked well. Loved the Grom Gelato recommendation in the room info booklet.

Everything was great!

Beautiful comfortable apartment in the city center! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the best stay in a wonderful city! We checked in ourselves following detailed instructions from the hosts, everything was easy and clear. A bonus in the form of a bottle of Italian proseccio and sweets was a pleasant surprise. The apartment has everything you need for both a short and a long stay (all household appliances, cleaning products, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar). Very clean with a nice design renovation. There is a guidebook with useful instructions for accommodation and all amenities around (the best places to eat, what to order and where to go), a friendly and attentive host! We were allowed to leave our luggage until the evening. We didn't see everything we wanted in one day, so we hope to come back here for longer!

This is not a disadvantage, but more an emergency situation - when we collected our luggage, we could not open the door lock using the same code. But the owner quickly fixed everything, we had to wait a little while the assistant came and opened the door with the key.

It was a very comfortable and well located apartment minutes away from the city centre. The facilities in this apartment were of the highest quality and it was expertly hosted by Mattia and Leonardo. A wonderful stay highly recommended.

A very well equipped and modern apartment near the centre of Florence.

The apartment was very modern, new, clean, well decorated. Very comfortable and well equipped. Relatively close to the center of Florence (10-15min walking) and located in a neighborhood that felt safe. Mattia, the person who gave us the key was very gentle and kind, and gave us lots of tips of places and restaurants in Florence.

Some of the kitchen appliances were not working well or not easy to use. For example, there was only one electric connection for 2 machines - not a big deal, but somehow inconvenient. There was only one bathroom, one toilet, which was sometimes inconvenient for our group of 4 people.

Fantastic and beautiful.

Wonderful, kind owners who couldn’t do enough for you. 10 mins walk to centre. Cafes across the road for breakfast but we went to the supermarket and bought food in. We loved the jacuzzi each evening in the bedroom and the beautiful high ceilings. Place was absolutely spotless. Our little girl slept well in the other double bedroom as the windows are triple glazed with shutters so are completely silent and dark which was a massive bonus. There is a parking space at the front but you must let them know a good few weeks before if you need it. We didn’t, and had to walk 15 mins to the carpark but this was ok. We dropped bags off at the side street and then our husband walked back with our hire car. We watched movies at night on Netflix and the coffee machine was excellent, with free coffee pods for our stay. He left us cake and Prosecco, which was so lovely of him. Apartment is larger than in photos. Beds were a little hard and aircon wasn’t so powerful but it still cooled the rooms and sitting room and was available in every room. Shower was great and the building is historic and quiet and people are respectful. The owner was always close by for help and was one of the gentlest, kindest men we have ever met. Great spacious apartment with nice modern decor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was very spacious, modern, and clean. Finding the apartment was very easy, Mattia met us right out front of the apartment and was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was well stocked/well equipped and we had everything we needed. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main tourist area of Florence but the good thing about that is it was very quiet for sleeping. Overall, we had a great stay here.

Our only complaint is that the AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work very well when we were there, we even lowered it to 14 and it was still fairly warm. However, we were there during the heat wave so maybe the AC just wasn't strong enough.

If you are looking for a great location, a modern, well-equipped apartment and a warm host, this is the place!

The apartment was in a great location-within walking distance of most of the major sites in Florence. The apartment was modern and up to date, the beds were comfortable and the host (Leonardo) was amazing. He was very responsive to communications before we arrived and provided a personal greeting to show us around and explain everything. He even left a wonderful welcome package of fresh fruits, a nice bottle of wine, and treats. On our last day he waited on hold to call us a taxi to get us back to the train station. This was easily our best stay in Italy and we highly recommend this property. We hope to come back!

Clean and comfortable stay!

We had a lovely stay in Florence but what made it even better was our host Leonardo. He welcomed us with an amazing array of treats and well stocked drinks. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated the great working air conditioners especially when temperatures were in the high 80s to low 90s Fahrenheit during our stay. You can tell he paid attention to every detail providing guests with a directory of nearby markets, restaurants and essential phone numbers. We really enjoyed listening to the jukebox in this music themed apartment. Lastly, we had a very early departure and Leonardo helped us make arrangements to have the taxi ready for us promptly. Thank you Leonardo for the wonderful experience!
