    Reasonable holiday apartment, would be good if mould was cleaned off and mosquito screens fitted.
    Comfy beds, we slept well. The bathroom has a shower curtain which is good, to prevent the floor getting wet. The kitchen cooker is good, but is only 2 rings, which slowed down cooking supper. The appartment is very clean, except for the black mould on the grout and along part of the ceiling in the bathroom. There's also a tile above the toilet which has an unexplained brown mark on it (possibly from cigarettes being stubbed on it?). Help instructions were provided for parking and the WiFi
    The windows have no mosquito screens to prevent insects getting inside, my son is a mosquito magnet, he kindly sacrificed himself for everyone else... So when you cook you have the choice of keeping the windows and kitchen door open to ventilate the room or keep them closed and keep the cooling smell inside. (We opened up for air). There was little hot water for showers. My daughter had a shower first, fine, she doesn't like it hot anyway. I went next, I found the water was only tepid. The owner was away, so her mother came to meet us in the evening after we had arrived. We paid, it was a transactional encounter. No explanation given about the hot water, I didn't mention it as I'd already showered and nornally can't be bothered to complain anyway - life's too short. The owners are very very strict about check-out at 10am, they need to clean for the next guest, which I understand. We left the apartment at 10.07 according to the clock in my car. The owner was plain rude about us leaving, I'm English so I can appreciate maybe the lack of manners is a perceived cultural difference, but on reflection I still think it was plain rude. Given that we were being told off for not leaving at 10am on the dot, I feel an obligation to reciprocate and make some complains to fellow guests who might experience the same. After our telling off in the morning, I thought it prudent to mention that there was no hot water. The owner tried to push this problem back on to me "you should have asked about it". Quite a bizarre attitude when you consider her logic. So according to the owner this is the correct logical order of dealing with these circumstances: Guest arrives, tries to shower, is wet, gets out of shower naked and dripping, sends a message on phone and waits to see if someone comes to fix the hot water. The guest should wait in their towel until the hot water is fixed.

    all in all, a nice room, at an appropriate price..
    kind hostess. the house is not far from two beautiful beaches. Small kitchen, but there was everything you need, even tea.
    tile floor. if you drive in the off-season, the floor is cold. there was a smell coming from the toilet, probably due to the sewage system, but if the door is closed all the time, then it's ok. driveway..repair work is going on there. the hostess found a nice parking spot for us, but in the end they dug such a hole there that we almost broke the wheel of the car.

    Excellent location for a family stay
    The property has a good parking in shadow for the cars of the guests. A big supermarket is 5 min walk from the house. Both beaches (Lucica and the city beach) are reachable within 10-15 min walk with kids. Linen is new, clean and you have a good range of diffent linen options with extra items of everything. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary things, including a sponge, a tissue, a towel and dish liquid. A hair drier is also there and a good one.
