About this house rental
This large, comfortable vactionhome is located in a quiet residential area between Pollensa and Alcudia in an evergreen landscaped garden with orange- and lemon trees and a wide view all the way towards the mountains of the peninsula Victoria .
On the ground floor are the living room with satellite TV and traditional dining table, modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer , coffee maker and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The double bedroom has a private balcony with stunning views of the surrounding countryside .
Two third bedroom has single beds put together . The fourth bedroom is a bedroom with two single beds, one to be pulled out.
Before the house is a large covered terrace with comfortable furniture and lots of flowerpots . The swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by a lawn , there is a sun shade umbrella and comfortable, modern sun loungers, table and chairs .
The centerpiece of this property is an outdoor kitchen with a wood grill, gas grill , stove, sink .
Here the guests can cook and barbecue all year round to their hearts content.

We've just returned from a fantastic week at the Finca Mariella. Everything from the ease of booking, fantastic communication from Ursula and directions/check in instructions to the welcome we received when we arrived made this holiday a breeze!The property is stunning. It has great amenities and was very clean. The gardens are a true oasis of calm and the pool was the best we have experienced. The different levels and gradual slope made it feel very safe for our young children to enjoy some freedom inThe peaceful location was perfect for us to explore the Pollença region and we would gladly return in the future

Wow, this villa is fantastic. A perfect outdoors for adults with under 2s. Very pretty garden with a mosquito screened swing chair. Spacious area under the veranda with shade, a large table, comfortable seating and a fabulous outdoor kitchen. The pool was very clean and capacious and the sun loungers had parasols. The inside kitchen was well stocked with equipment and had two fridge/freezers (one outside). The bedrooms were comfortable. Our hosts were attentive and available when we needed them. Easy, short car journeys to the beaches, shops and restaurants of Pollensa and elegant Alcúdia. We recommend Finca Marina wholeheartedly and would definitely book again. Thanks very much to our hosts.

Zusammengefasst, angefangen mit der Buchung und der reibungslosen Kommunikation, bis hin zur super freundlichen Gastgeberin, wirklich alles Top.
Die Finca ist groß und ist gut ausgetasttet, die Anlage mit den schön gestalten Pflanzen, Orangenbäume und dem schönen Pool, wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.
