The living space of 360 m² is spread over two floors and offers an enormous amount of room. The 7,000 m² property provides complete privacy.
The house has been completely renovated. The high-quality features combine modern furniture with traditional Mallorcan elements, where wood and terracotta tiles are the dominant materials. You’ll find them in the wooden ceiling beams, the window frames and doors, and especially in the elegant staircase gallery and typical furnishings. These natural materials create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Through the tasteful combination of various elements, the villa offers comfort and a pleasant ambience.
The long living room flows into the dining and kitchen area.
Of course, the traditional stone fireplace is not missing, providing a romantic atmosphere during the cooler months. A bright, very comfortable sofa set with armchairs enhances this relaxing area. This is a really great villa.
The pool was welcome and sparkling clean and has a huge garden. The villa is well equipped and perfectly maintained and has very fast internet.
The outside area was equipped with everything you need for a vacation (e.g.. sunbeds, BBQ , garden with a football and volleyball net, table tennis and darts which went down brilliantly with the kids.
And very important. The host, Frank, was always available and helping whenever anything was needed, he gave us many recommendations for excursions and restaurants and had already put water and beer in the fridge.
Great Villa, superb condition with all that you need to have a fantastic holiday. Plenty of space to enjoy the sun with shaded areas if required.

This villa has the potential to be dreamy however the building it pretty neglected. We spent Christmas here and faced broken heating the entire time, no hot water on Christmas Day and water pump constantly flicking the fuse switch so losing water frequently. The bathrooms are outdated and new toilets arent fixed down. Plaster on the walls crumbles off, random hole in kitchen counter top, temperamental light in main en suite, strong smell of damp in the downstairs bedrooms, etc.Fortunately we only faced ants as our insect invasion - the property is in a nature reserve with a stream behind it so we think we were lucky not dealing with mosquitos. But the ants did become a bit tiresome. All of this said, the space inside and outside was perfect for us to have a big family Christmas. The pool looks very inviting, obviously too cold in December. Lots of footballs, volleyball, table tennis paddles and balls which we enjoyed. The BBQ was fab on Christmas Eve. The location is a really short drive from beautiful beaches in Pollensa which have play parks for children too. Communication before arrival was good and Frank the house manager/owner was really responsive and came out everyday to try and fix the heating. For us, the quality of the building didnt quite match the description of a "dream" finca because it didnt meet the expectations we had from these photos/listing. It has potential to easily be dreamy again if its given a good update/refit and some love.
